Job summary

Triton Metal Products Inc. in Hamilton, IN is seeking a Press Brake Operator for the night shift (8 pm–6 am). The role performs setup, measurement, and quality checks on metal parts, with a focus on precision and safety. Night shift includes a $1.00 premium and weekly pay.

Ideal candidates have basic math skills, tape measure reading ability, and familiarity with precision tools; prior manufacturing or fabrication exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic ability to read a tape measure and perform simple math
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn precision work
• Basic understanding of tools or mechanical processes
• Ability to adhere to all machine and operator safety guidelines

Responsibilities

• Set up, align and lock fixtures on presses
• Operate and position workpieces to die/beds for cutting and forming
• Adjust speeds, back gauges and CNC controls per specs
• Measure finished parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Read work orders and prints to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Monitor machines and record production data
• Maintain production schedules and ensure on-time delivery (OTD)
