BioMerieux Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician 3 for the Night Shift to ensure optimal performance and reliability of manufacturing equipment.

The role emphasizes complex troubleshooting, autonomous repairs, and mentoring of junior technicians in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will perform advanced maintenance, participate in continuous improvement projects, and ensure all activities comply with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience with advanced troubleshooting.
• Read schematics and prints; mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independently.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis to prevent recurring equipment issues.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to entry-level technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with FDA regulations, GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols.
