Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Maintenance Technician 3 for the night shift to ensure the reliability of high-speed manufacturing equipment. You will perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and mentor junior technicians in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, documentation in the CMMS, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime while adhering to FDA, GMP, and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related electro-mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and controls.
• Experience reading schematics and prints.
• Experience in a cGMP/regulated environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on complex equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems independently.
• Lead root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Mentor entry-level technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability.
• Ensure activities comply with FDA, GMP, ISO standards and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records in CMMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime.
