Job summary

You will guide daily management practices, own maintenance foundational systems, and ensure planning, scheduling and budget execution align with plant goals. Strong communication and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a manufacturing setting.

• Experience with data-driven maintenance and reliability.
• Knowledge of unit operations and machinery.
• Familiarity with Maximo and planning/scheduling processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure food safety compliance.
• Direct maintenance mechanics and skill development.
• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly DDS meetings with accurate metrics.
• Manage maintenance systems, DH and BE processes.
• Oversee budgeting and maintenance shutdowns planning.
