G&W Electric Co in Bolingbrook, IL seeks a Team Leader Maintenance for the D shift (6:00pm–6:00am) to lead a maintenance team responsible for daily tasks, projects, work orders and preventive maintenance for production and facilities. The role reports to Senior Maintenance & Facility Manager and drives safety, reliability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include training, coordinating tasks, supervising performance evaluations, running maintenance projects, and ensuring on-time

Formación

• 3-5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance with mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure in stressful situations and emergencies.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and schematics.
• Intermediate computer skills in MS Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on leadership to the maintenance team and assign daily goals.
• Train and lead others in maintenance tasks and lean projects.
• Perform or supervise preventive maintenance and work orders.
• Manage safety, conduct safety sweeps, and training.
• Coordinate and schedule tasks to maximize efficiency and on-time completion.
• Manage contractors, parts, and spares; support process improvements.
• Oversee performance evaluations with area supervision.
