Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in industrial maintenance with mechanical/electrical/electronic equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings/schematics.
• Proficient MS Word and Excel skills.
• Experience with corrective and preventive maintenance actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to the maintenance team and communicate daily goals.
• Assist with supervisory tasks and performance evaluations.
• Perform or assign preventive maintenance and work orders as directed.
• Conduct safety sweeps and employee training.
• Ensure safety of team and those affected by maintenance activities.
• Source and manage maintenance tools, equipment, and spares.
• Lead maintenance projects and continuous improvement efforts.
