Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 of relevant experience
• High School degree required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
• Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting work priorities, ambiguity and change
• Strong conceptual skills and ability to implement change

Responsibilities

• Educate, develop and motivate a manufacturing work group to achieve production results
• Ensure facilities and finished products meet quality, sanitation and safety standards
• Establish and sustain relationships with employees to foster collaborative problem solving
• Provide business leadership to meet department and plant objectives daily
• Coach and guide the manufacturing group to deliver year-over-year results via CI tools
• Serve as a technical resource in system operations and product requirements
• Facilitate information interchange between work groups and cross-functional teams
