Job summary

Jobot is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our night shift team at an electronics manufacturer. You will keep our production equipment running smoothly and ensure product quality meets high standards.

This permanent role offers comprehensive benefits, training, and opportunities for growth within a safety-conscious, fast-paced environment. You will work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC systems, using CMMS to track maintenance.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of single and 3-phase electrical systems.
Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Proficiency with CMMS and PLC systems.
Experience with HVAC and safety compliance.
High school diploma; technical degree preferred.
CMRP certification desired.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on machines and facilities.
Diagnose problems and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Read manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
Use hand tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
Follow safety rules and keep work areas clean.
Use CMMS to track work orders and maintenance history.
Troubleshoot PLC systems and perform adjustments.
Assist in training lower level technicians and operators.
Participate in continuous improvement to boost quality.
