Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or higher) with 7 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, quality, or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering with 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, quality, and/or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe and sustainable working environment by modeling safe behaviors and addressing safety issues.
• Establish priorities and allocate work using lean management to meet daily production requirements.
• Monitor production rates, yields and quality; communicate results and drive improvements.
• Lead and develop employees through coaching, training, and participation in hiring processes (including contingent workers).
• Represent plant leadership across the plant, including supervision coverage for different shifts and on-call responsibilities.
