Job summary

Eckceptional Search is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor in Kinston, NC to lead maintenance teams across plant facilities and provide reliable equipment performance.

You will oversee predictive and preventive maintenance, TPM, and compliance with USDA regulations while developing KPI dashboards and coordinating with Production to minimize downtime. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Experience leading staff, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting for high-level process issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance teams in predictive and preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and maintain maintenance systems and documentation.
• Schedule maintenance with Production to address equipment repairs.
• Provide KPI tracking and regular status reports.
• Ensure compliance with USDA regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory.
