Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Lead by training/mentoring staff or managing a process/project.
• Ability to lead problem solving in high-level process issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends.
• Ammonia refrigeration, high pressure boiler, compressed air, mechanical/electrical expertise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise maintenance systems, processes and documentation for high performance.
• Ensure maintenance is scheduled in collaboration with Production.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems (PM, TPM, SOPs, Safety).
• Provide long-term solutions and day-to-day support for troubleshooting and equipment failures.
