Eckceptional Search is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Tar Heel, NC to lead maintenance teams across plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse. You will oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and TPM initiatives to maximize uptime and production efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of related experience, strong problem-solving, leadership, and hands-on ammonia refrigeration expertise in a food manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience.
Experience leading training or mentoring staff.
Food manufacturing background and ammonia refrigeration preferred.
Strong communication and problem solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Responsabilités

Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians on preventive maintenance and repairs.
Train staff on work methods and safety procedures.
Oversee maintenance systems, documentation, and KPIs.
Coordinate timely maintenance with Production to address repairs.
Develop preventive/predictive maintenance programs and TPM.
Provide status reports to maintenance management and ensure USDA compliance.
