Job summary

Keolis America, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a graveyard shift (Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 PM–5:30 AM) in Reno, NV. The role requires supervising heavy‑duty vehicle maintenance, auditing QA, and ensuring compliance with all regulations in a 24/7 transit environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory maintenance experience and proficiency with Word/Excel, plus the ability to coordinate with vendors and manage shift workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years vehicle maintenance repair supervisory experience in heavy-duty truck or transit bus.
• Must be computer literate with intermediate Word and Excel experience.
• Must be able to perform Maintenance Q/C audits and inspections.
• Experience with Dossier systems work orders, labor compliance and data retrieval.
• Provide experience as the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Must be flexible and able to work in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Access shift workload and assign work to Technicians.
• Monitor Technician workflow and update bus ready list.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty and contract work and ensure QA documentation.
• Ensure compliance with vehicle maintenance requirements and state/federal regulations.
• Perform QA inspections on completed work to verify compliance.
• Review work orders for proper posting of parts, time and notes.
• Adjust work assignments throughout the shift as needed.
• Counsel Technicians and manage disciplinary actions.
• Close out shift and hand over to the next Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
