• Experience in hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to night shift maintenance technicians and set priorities.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex production equipment including sterilization systems and packaging lines.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and ensure quality standards.
• Manage performance activities including coaching, scheduling, attendance, and development.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and quality teams to resolve equipment issues safely and efficiently.
