Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; Bioworks Certification preferred.
• Prior experience in regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Candidates without a degree may be considered if they have pharmaceutical/industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities with mechanical systems and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and process-related issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Support sterilization systems, formulation equipment, filling suites, and packaging machinery.
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders following GMP, FDA, safety, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to maximize uptime and drive improvements.
