Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing operation in Wilson, North Carolina. This permanent onsite role oversees maintenance personnel and drives equipment reliability initiatives to support continuous manufacturing.

You will lead technicians, prioritize work orders, monitor performance, and contribute to budgeting, inventory, and safety compliance. A technical degree and CMMS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
• Experience utilizing CMMS software and maintenance planning processes.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities for maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Prioritize maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvement strategies.
• Support maintenance budgeting, inventory management, and resource planning.
• Promote compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
