Job summary

Villaseñor Supremo Foods seeks an experienced night-shift maintenance technician to keep production lines and facility assets running safely and reliably. You’ll review work orders, diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, document findings, and hand off details to management while coordinating with foremen to ensure inventory and tools are ready for the next shift.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, adherence to GMPs and safety standards, and the ability to work independently in

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Machine operations (preferred).
• Food manufacturing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production and facility assets across processing, filling, and ancillary systems.
• Respond to work orders promptly; complete checklists and reports with precision.
• Monitor tool and material levels; notify foreman when supplies are needed.
• Perform routine visual inspections; communicate potential failures before downtime.
• Execute preventive maintenance to manufacturer and internal standards.
• Follow operating procedures, SQF policies, OSHA safety practices, GMPs, sanitation, and quality protocols.
• Escalate material or product concerns to supervisors or management.
• Keep a capable set of hand tools and demonstrate quality craftsmanship.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager, Supervisor, Lead, or Foreman.
