Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the night shift maintenance team to deliver high-quality support.
• Prepare the team to respond to escalated maintenance calls during night shifts.
• Monitor and improve KPIs like preventive maintenance completion and mean time before failure.
• Drive reduction in equipment downtime through proactive planning and rapid breakdown response.
• Manage a balanced scorecard focused on reliability, cost, planning, safety and people development.
