Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical training in a related field is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of maintenance/repair experience in a regulated environment.
• Ability to lead maintenance technicians and communicate effectively.
• Experience reading construction and machine drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment and preventive maintenance across the facility.
• Lead pre-shutdown activities, staffing rosters, and training records.
• Respond to critical repairs, guide teams safely, and document solutions.
• Review blueprints, electrical diagrams, and P&ID drawings as needed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Management and other departments on work-orders.
