Schutz Container Systems Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate the maintenance team, schedule night shift staffing, and ensure reliability of manufacturing equipment. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and emphasizes safety, process improvements, and cross-department communication.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, tracking work orders in SAP, preparing reports, and driving cost-effective improvements while upholding safety standards across the plant.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in inventory control and parts room management is preferred.
• Ability to lead others and multi-task in a maintenance environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance department staffing for the night shift.
• Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment; track work orders in SAP.
• Prepare maintenance reports and analyze maintenance data for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies.
• Communicate with operations to coordinate maintenance and repairs.
