Blue United Sourcing LLC in Garland, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the night shift to lead a maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable operation of production equipment. The role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and employee development in an industrial manufacturing environment.

The position is full-time with a rotating night schedule (6:00 PM–6:00 AM, 2-2-3), competitive salary, and bonus opportunities along with 401(k) match and pension eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, operations, or a related industrial environment.
• At least one (1) year of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Ability to lead independently during an off-shift operation with limited administrative support.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee maintenance operations during the night shift.
• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance team members.
• Manage employee training, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance activities to support production goals.
• Ensure the safe and effective use of tools, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and maintenance performance metrics.
• Collaborate with production teams, vendors, and internal departments to schedule and complete maintenance work.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate business objectives and operational updates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in root-cause analysis efforts.
• Foster a culture focused on safety, quality, teamwork, and operational excellence.
