Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3-5 years related experience.
• Experience in layout, drafting, project management, ergonomic design, Industrial Engineering, CAD Operation and USDA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance operations for designated area/shift and guide technicians.
• Develop and implement maintenance work plans and procedures.
• Maintain and improve a preventive maintenance program using CMMS to boost reliability.
• Identify chronic issues and advise on replacement or modification to cut downtime and costs.
• Ensure adherence to USDA regulations and plant quality standards.
