Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to lead maintenance operations in our processing plant in Kentucky. You will guide skilled technicians, drive equipment reliability, and support safe, efficient production.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years of related experience, with CAD and USDA compliance experience. Relocation benefits and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of related maintenance or engineering experience.
• Experience in layout, drafting, project management, ergonomic design, CAD operation, and USDA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the development of maintenance work plans.
• Recommend maintenance procedures for new facilities.
• Develop layouts for new equipment and process changes.
• Prepare estimates of equipment, materials, labor; supervise repairs.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs using CMMS to improve reliability.
• Ensure USDA regulations compliance and quality control.
