Job summary

CRH/Midsouth Aggregates in the southeastern U.S. seeks a plant operator to weigh and deliver aggregates, collaborating with the crew to maintain efficient production levels. You will ensure safety and quality as you load trucks and track outputs.

Responsibilities include pre-shift inspections, following OSHA/MSHA rules, inputting orders, monitoring gauges, and assisting with maintenance and reporting. Night and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Pre-shift inspection of plant to ensure operational order and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant controls to weigh and deliver aggregates to trucks.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA safety procedures and company policies.
• Answer telephone, input orders, and monitor gauges and machinery.
• Assist in maintenance and reporting of plant production and upkeep.
• Attend shifts per attendance policy and work nights/weekends when required.
