Job summary

Latham Limestone, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Operator to operate and maintain a modern aggregate plant, including a front-end loader. You will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and safety checks to keep equipment running at peak efficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in aggregates or related industries, a strong safety record, and the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. Training is provided to develop skills in PLCs and plant systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in an aggregate quarry/mining setting preferred, with a proven safety record.
• Ability to operate a front-end loader and perform preventative maintenance.
• Welding, fabrication, and use of basic hand tools with safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader safely and feed material into the plant.
• Perform routine inspections and daily preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plant equipment including conveyors and crushers.
• Fabricate and repair plant components; use welding and cutting tools as needed.
