Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic I for the 12-hour day shift in our production facility.

The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining motors, conveyors, pumps, packaging equipment, and related utilities equipment. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, perform PMs, calibrate components, weld and fabricate as needed, and ensure safety and GMP compliance while supporting production schedules.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1 year troubleshooting 3-phase (480V) circuits, motor starters and controls, and electronic circuit boards.
• Lift, push, and pull 50 pounds repeatedly, standing and walking for long periods.

Aufgaben

• Observes equipment to ensure operation meets OEM standards and production targets.
• Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, electrical problems and perform repairs.
• Respond to maintenance calls promptly and assist others in troubleshooting.
• Perform routine PMs, repairs, rebuilds and modifications on all equipment.
• Wire moderately complex control circuits.
• Perform electronic component replacement, setup and calibration.
• Fabricate, repair and install piping for water, steam, condensate systems.
• Weld various metals and machine parts as needed.
• Complete work orders and related paperwork accurately.
• Ensure safety, GMP compliance and continuous improvement.
