Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; robotics/automation education preferred.
• Advanced training or licenses in robotics, automation, or engineering preferred; recertification required.
• Experience with multi-craft industrial repair and safety compliance is valued.

Responsibilities

• Communicate service actions and equipment issues with production teams.
• Follow safety protocols and safety manuals during maintenance.
• Perform CILT quality checks on production lines.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment on packaging lines.
• Install equipment and maintain electrical wiring as needed.
• Maintain daily production reports and document resolutions.
