Job summary

Danone U.S. plant in Minster, Ohio is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic for 12-hour night shifts (5:48pm - 6:00am) on a 3-2-2 schedule to service packaging lines and equipment. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance while supporting safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Advanced education in robotics/automation or engineering preferred; recertification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and unplanned breakdowns of packaging lines.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Perform CILT (clean, inspect, lubricate, tighten) checks on production lines.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while performing maintenance.
• Document resolutions and actions taken for future reference.
