The Greer Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a night shift role in the Winchester, VA area. The position focuses on equipment setup, preventive maintenance, and ensuring safe, high-quality operation of production lines in an injection molding environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with injection molding or similar processes preferred.
• Strong electrical, mechanical and control system knowledge.
• Able to read schematics and troubleshoot independently.

Responsabilidades

• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Respond to maintenance calls promptly and document work.
• Read electrical and mechanical schematics and repair parts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety standards.
