Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance on injection molding equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair IMM systems independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on four injection molding machines per PM schedule.
• Respond to machine breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using systematic approaches.
• Repair or replace defective components including valves, motors, and sensors.
• Maintain maintenance logs in Upkeep/NetSuite and document repair times.
• Monitor machine performance metrics and support production teams to improve reliability.
