Zusammenfassung

Florida Caribbean Distilleries is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic I for the 3rd shift (9:00PM - 5:30AM) to keep manufacturing equipment and the facility in top condition. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain systems, and assist with new equipment installation as needed.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, English literacy, and 2+ years in manufacturing/mechanical roles, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical basics, and pumps. Strong math and record-keeping skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• English reading/writing/listening skills required.
• Knowledge of food/beverage production processes beneficial.
• 2 years of manufacturing mechanical experience.
• 2+ years in packing/production machinery.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience with basic electrical systems.
• Experience with mechanical systems and components.
• Experience with instrumentation and automation basics.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and manuals.
• Strong math skills for rate, ratio and percentage analysis.
