Job summary

JARP Industries, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic on the 3rd shift to perform a wide range of mechanical tasks, work on CNC work centers, and handle building and some electrical maintenance with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in a related field preferred.
• Two years' work experience in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Prior welding and CNC maintenance repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative maintenance on all production equipment, machines and building as necessary.
• Perform mechanical and limited electrical work on all equipment within the facility per codes.
• Install replacement parts and components on machinery.
• Perform air compressor preventative maintenance and weekly service requirements.
• Assist in installing new equipment and moving existing equipment as needed.
• Repair machines to minimize downtime in coordination with area Team Leaders.
• Input service data into the maintenance tracking system.
• Troubleshoot equipment using wiring diagrams and testing equipment.
• Coordinate with EHS Coordinator to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Operate wastewater treatment system within specifications.
• Perform cleaning, filter changes and general maintenance tasks.
