Job summary

Crystal Finishing Systems, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 10pm-6:30am).

You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems to keep production running smoothly. Responsibilities include diagnosing and modifying PLC programs, welding, machining, and performing preventative maintenance while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of industrial maintenance experience or an Associates Degree in a technical field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, servo controls, and PLCs.
• Proficiency in welding, machining, and using hand/power tools (own tools required).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and machine drive systems.
• Diagnose and modify PLC programs.
• Perform welding, machining, and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment runs efficiently.
• Assist with building maintenance, installations, and pipefitting.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
