Prysmian in Marshall, TX is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to repair production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and oversee facility upkeep. The role requires reading diagrams and blueprints, welding, machining, hydraulics and pneumatics, and hands-on use of power tools.

Night shift 7 PM–7 AM with starting wage $42.08 per hour plus $2.50 night differential; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, life insurance, shoe allowance, and safety glasses after 120 days.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years' experience industrial mechanical maintenance, machining, welding, hydraulics & pneumatics.
• Must be able to use a variety of power tools.
• Must be able to read and understand diagrams and blueprints to evaluate correct procedures being followed.
• Candidates should bewell organized.
• Perform duties in a work environment that will be hot, cold, dirty, and fast-paced.
• Self-starter yet able to take orders as directed.

Responsabilidades

• Works as part of the Maintenance department.
• Provide routine and complex maintenance to the facility of machinery.
• Inspects machinery for issues and develops a plan on how to properly fix, install or assemble equipment and ensure it operates safely and productively.
