• Strong mechanical skills are required.
• Heavy physical exertion is expected.
• Ability to read and understand documents, drawings, and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs and/or assists on projects under close supervision.
• Performs minor repairs under close supervision.
• Adheres to GMP, HACCP, and food safety policies.
• Keeps work area clean and orderly.
• Follows safety practices and uses PPE as required.
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
