Mountaire Farms is seeking a maintenance mechanic for the night shift, 10:00pm to 7:30am, to repair, program, inspect and adjust equipment for optimal performance. This role supports our Delaware facilities and requires hands-on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or trade training and 1–2 years of relevant experience, including certificates or an apprenticeship program.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Trade training or apprenticeship in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Complete PMs as assigned.
• Complete work orders as assigned.
• Set up/tear down/adjust equipment.
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and failures.
• Respond to breakdowns promptly.
