Job summary

Challenger Pallet is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our Idaho Falls team full-time. You will maintain and repair industrial equipment to keep production running smoothly, with a focus on reliability, safety, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Mechanical experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with motors, gearboxes, and belt conveyors is advantageous.
• Welding experience is beneficial.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and operate forklifts.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair industrial machinery, including motors, gearboxes, and belt conveyors.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on forklifts and other equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to improve equipment efficiency.
