• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs as primary duties.
• Lead and coordinate night‑shift maintenance activities and personnel.
• Review work orders, ensure accurate documentation, and on‑time completion.
• Coordinate parts, tools, and resources; communicate progress and delays.
• Provide coaching and on‑the‑job training to mechanics as needed.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in daily work.
