Job summary

Staffmark Group in Manchester, TN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 8-10 technicians on a 6 PM–6 AM rotating schedule. This direct-hire role focuses on safety, reliability, and uptime across the facility.

You will track downtime, manage preventive maintenance, train staff, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with production and facility leadership to meet business goals. Salary ranges from $72,000 to $93,000 per year with a bonus opportunity and comprehensive

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
2+ years of supervision experience.
Experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience with PLC and HMI systems.
Technical degree or vocational certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support a team of 8-10 Maintenance Technicians to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.
Track equipment downtime, review maintenance data, and identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce production interruptions.
Manage preventive maintenance schedules and monitor completion of maintenance activities to maximize equipment performance.
Coordinate employee training, certifications, and skill development programs for maintenance team members.
Conduct safety, housekeeping, and lockout/tagout audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor employee time and attendance records and support daily workforce planning and scheduling.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational performance.
Partner with production and facility leadership to prioritize maintenance activities and support business goals.
