Responsibilities

• Supervise field operations for assigned job site(s).
• Direct work in accordance with Allan Myers policies and procedures.
• Lead daily huddle meetings and communicate productivity, safety and quality metrics.
• Plan/schedule manpower and equipment; manage deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure proper PPE and site conditions.
