Job summary

Allan Myers, Inc. is seeking a field operations supervisor to oversee safe and efficient operations at an assigned mine-site project in Maryland. You will supervise hourly crewmembers, coordinate manpower and equipment, and ensure deliveries meet safety, schedule, and budget requirements.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety programs, conducting daily huddles, and maintaining strong customer and inspector relations while maximizing equipment utilization and productivity on site.

Qualifications

• Must possess 3-5 years of experience working in maintenance on a mine site.
• Welding certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly crewmembers and plan/schedule manpower and equipment.
• Manage deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure safety, profit, and scheduling compliance.
• Conduct Daily Huddle meetings and communicate performance expectations to crews.
