Job summary

The AZEK Company is seeking a hands-on Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead a 4-person crew in Aliquippa. You will approve timecards, manage attendance, and supervise preventive maintenance across facility equipment, ensuring safe, efficient operation and on-time repairs.

Responsibilities include training the team, coordinating parts, and reporting daily to the Maintenance Supervisor. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2-year degree in electrical maintenance or 5 years prior experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of all equipment
• Experience with lockout/tagout procedures
• Proficient with sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics and reading schematics
• Ability to train and lead a maintenance team
• Experience with PM tasks and preventive maintenance programs
• Knowledge of OSHA and Versatex safety guidelines

Responsibilities

• Weekly timecard approval for crew in UKG
• Track employee vacation and attendance
• Maintain facility equipment to operate safely and efficiently
• Lead and train maintenance team on PM tasks
• Direct the team and ensure proper training and performance
• Record parts used and manage spare parts inventory
• Log shift reports and communicate issues to Maintenance Supervisor
• Oversee two Aliquippa facilities (#1 & #2)
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
