Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking a Shift Manager Mine Maintenance at the Tilden Mine to lead maintenance supervision, directing activities and coordinating with the mine maintenance team to meet safety and production goals.

You will drive safe work practices, maintain standard jobs and work orders, and mentor staff across rotating shifts. Minimum HS diploma and 3+ years heavy equipment maintenance required; Ellipse and MS Office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Rotating shifts required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and mentor maintenance staff to meet performance targets.
• Enforce safety protocols and site standards in all maintenance work.
• Maintain maintenance process standards, work orders, APLs, and inventory records.
• Communicate expectations and assign work clearly to achieve high performance.
