Job summary

Sika is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our Roofing team in the Canton, MA area. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery across buildings, including PLC controlled systems, while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role features a B-Shift: Sun, Mon, Tue and every other Wed from 6pm to 6am, with a base salary plus a 20% shift differential depending on education, experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• High School Degree.
• Must be a Licensed journeyman electrician in the state of Massachusetts.
• 5 years industrial or manufacturing related work experience.
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Email)
• Understanding of PLC controlled production lines.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all types of machinery within buildings (mechanical, electrical, or PLC controlled).
• Drive preventative maintenance and maintain maintenance logs.
• Work on shift B: Sun, Mon, Tue and every other Wed, 6pm–6am.
• Operate safely with a focus on EH&S policies.
