Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor to oversee automation and maintenance across shifts at its Concord facility. The role emphasizes safety, strong housekeeping, and adherence to cGMPs.

You will drive maintenance quality, training, KPI performance, and production alignment while leading incident investigations and corrective actions. Ideal candidates have five years in manufacturing/maintenance leadership, MSC/Packaging knowledge, and proven communication skills.

Qualifications

• Five years of manufacturing or maintenance experience in a leadership/supervisory role.
• High School / GED minimum.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Experience in Parenteral or Packaging maintenance operations or related GMP manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multiple levels within the organization.
• Ability to coach and provide feedback, prioritize, and meet targets.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and provide high-level customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night-shift maintenance and automation activities while ensuring safety and housekeeping.
• Ensure quality compliance with cGMPs and site procedures; manage staffing and performance across shifts.
• Drive maintenance excellence: training readiness, KPI performance, and alignment with production needs.
• Review work orders, investigate deviations, and lead incident reporting and corrective actions.
