Job summary

Lilly is building a new, highly automated campus in Concord to expand parenteral operations. The Operations Supervisor will guide start-up activities and later lead PAR manufacturing teams, ensuring staffing, safety, and quality while developing the site's culture and technical expertise.

Role emphasizes training, procedures, and continuous improvement, with a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule and strong leadership responsibilities across manufacturing lines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) are required.
• Previous experience in operations or directly supporting a manufacturing operation.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple requests.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to train and mentor others.
• A valid drivers license

Responsibilities

• During the project phase, support start-up activities to bring the PAR area into service.
• Train on equipment use and develop technical proficiency; foster inclusive culture.
• Lead operational readiness activities and ensure staffing of trained personnel.
• Supervise PAR operations teams after turnover and maintain safety/quality.
• Develop area documentation with the team for start-up, training, and operation.
• Originate & investigate deviations and support root-cause analysis.
