Responsibilities

• Oversee night-shift maintenance and automation activities and ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Manage staffing, attendance, overtime, and daily operations across multiple shifts.
• Review work orders, investigate deviations, and lead incident reporting and corrective actions.
• Drive maintenance excellence, KPI performance, and alignment with production needs.
• Collaborate with customers and review weekly checks to ensure production plan support.
