Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical certification is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on maintenance skills.
• Experience with GMP and safety protocols.
• Experience with CMMS systems preferred.
• Able to diagnose problems quickly and take corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety-first culture in all tasks.
• Improve equipment uptime, line efficiency and OEE.
• Troubleshoot and support equipment operation.
• Diagnose and repair precision filling equipment with mechanical skills.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve issues.
• Assist with equipment setup and changeovers for production.
• Adhere to GMP and quality standards.
• Document maintenance activities and corrective actions.
• Work independently and manage priorities under pressure.
