Job summary

REPAY is seeking an Insert Operator for its Dallas, TX area, based in Coppell. The role focuses on operating Pitney Bowes APS/MPS intelligent mail insertion equipment to process high volumes of invoices and statements.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years of machine experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work nights Sunday–Friday 10:30pm–6:00am. Steel-toed shoes required and lifting up to 45 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2+ years of experience operating a machine.
• Basic mechanical aptitude to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Technical knowledge of machinery.
• Multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume production environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report any issues or concerns.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight boxes.
• Steel toed shoes are required for each shift.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs frequently.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift

Responsibilities

• Operate Pitney Bowes APS/MPS intelligent mail insertion equipment.
• Follow QoS procedures.
• General upkeep of operator area.
• May be required to work overtime.
• Document QoS checks.
• Balance all jobs.
• Follow instructions from shift leader.
• Operate folding and insertion machines to process high volumes of invoices and statements.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Set up machines based on job specifications.
• Work with Senior Machine Operators and Lead Operator.
• Assist with operations and maintenance of equipment.
• Adhere to SOPs, QTMs, and QA processes.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure correct insertion and accuracy.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of sensitive documents.
• Prepare and tray each job for delivery to Post Office.
• Monitor performance and adjust for efficiency.
• Report machine malfunctions to maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Maintain clean work area.
