Job summary

REPAY is seeking a hardworking and reliable Insert Operator for our Dallas, TX office. You will operate folding and insertion equipment to prepare invoices and statements for mailing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

This role requires minimum high school diploma and 2+ years machine experience, ability to stand overnight shifts Sun-Fri 10:30pm-6:00am, and strict adherence to SOPs and QA processes. We offer benefits including full healthcare coverage, 401(k) match, and annual bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience operating a mail insertion machine.
• Mechanical aptitude for routine maintenance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail in high-volume production.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Operate Pitney Bowes APS/MPS mail insertion equipment.
• Follow QoS procedures and document QoS checks.
• Balance all jobs and prepare paperwork for Post Office.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets.
• Perform routine maintenance and machine adjustments.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of documents.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to SOPs, QTMs, QA processes.
